I received a call enquiring if I wished to extend my washing machine's insurance cover. Quite bemused, I mentioned I hadn't realised it required renewal. To which he simply uttered an apologetic "oh, my bad," before promptly disconnecting the line. Quite a peculiar interaction, if you ask me!
