I received a call from 01989 767105. The lady on the other end claimed she was calling regarding a Royal letter, mentioning that there were some discrepancies with my account information. When I inquired further, it seemed rather salesy; she asked for a contact name. As I probed a bit more, she switched her story, insisting it was all about a magazine instead! Definitely gave off the impression of a sales pitch to me…

We received a call from individuals claiming to represent the royal correspondence, requesting information to refresh their records. It's certainly raised our suspicions, and we suspect it's some sort of scam.

Received a call from this number, but I chose not to answer. When I attempted to return the call, I was met with a pre-recorded message. It seems it was one of those calls from a call centre where they expect you to do absolutely nothing. Honestly, it’s quite frustrating! Our number is on the ex-directory list, and we really do not appreciate unsolicited calls like these, especially the utter nonsense they tend to peddle. Honestly, it's so annoying!

Earlier this month, we reached out to Royal Letter with an inquiry and subsequently received a return call from this number. The lady on the line claimed she was contacting us on behalf of Royal Letter to assist with our query. Regrettably, she didn't provide much assistance and mentioned that she would forward our details to the appropriate department. However, it appears quite likely this is indeed Royal Mail, unless our inquiry has been redirected to an independent company.

I’ve just had a right bother with Parcelforce. They were asking all sorts of questions about our weekly parcel dispatches and the courier services we engage. Just when I expected a decent flat rate offer, they abruptly hung up on me. Can’t say I’ll be using their services again!

Received a call on the 17th of August, 2009, but they hung up before we could answer. Lately, there’s been an annoying influx of other telemarketing calls as well - I never know when the line is actually engaged. It’s quite puzzling considering I’m both ex-directory and signed up with the Telephone Preference Service.

I received a call from this number earlier today. When I called back, I was greeted by an automated message stating, "You received a call earlier from a ringing centre representing a third party. There’s no need for you to do anything further." The code is for Ross on Wye, in case you were wondering.

Got a call from this number at 9 o'clock this morning, but they didn’t bother to leave a message. Quite curious, really!
