I received a call from a chap with a noticeable Indian accent, claiming to be an insurance representative, and he was trying to assist me in claiming compensation for being involved in a car accident. I had no intention of pursuing any such matter, as it was clear to me that this was all a cunning scheme. It was absolutely a scam, no doubt about it.

Got a random call from a bloke who wanted to check if I was "who I was," but he mixed up my name a bit. When I tried to find out who he was, he just cut the call off. Seems like they’re probably just calling around to match names with numbers or something like that.

I couldn't find any comments about this number on the UK websites, but it has been looked up quite a bit, so I guess it's still in use. Just a heads up if it rings you. Has anyone else dealt with calls from it? I tried entering the number in a few different ways, but no luck finding info.

Some bloke rang me claiming I had been in a car crash sometime last year, which is just rubbish. I told him as much, and before I could say anything else, he went and hung up on me.
