I received a rather suspicious call from someone who insisted I’d won an iPhone 10 and proceeded to request my personal information. To be honest, I can’t recall ever entering any sort of lottery or competition. It feels like a classic scam attempt to me.

So this bloke calls me up saying I’d won an iPhone 7, which I found weird cos I never signed up for any contest like that. When I mentioned that, he responded with some really snarky remarks which didn’t sit well with me. I hung up, but then they kept ringing back at me like five times in a row. Proper annoying!

No idea who it was, so I called back and got a recorded message saying that extension doesn’t exist. Feels like some dodgy call centre that’s avoiding giving their company name.
