The call caught me off guard and I held off speaking initially, since it smelt fishy right from the start. They said they were from a mobile phone company, but when I asked if they could speak in Welsh - seeing as I’m living here in Wales - they just couldn’t understand what I was on about. Definitely felt like a dodgy scam.
