They didn’t bother to leave a message on my home phone, so I’m gonna report them to TPS.

I got a call from someone claiming they were doing a survey. I just told them I’m on the TPS list and asked them not to call me anymore.

Got a call about some "Crime Prevention Campaign" from who knows where. They didn’t say which company they were with. Once I made it clear I wasn’t buying their story, they hung up pretty quick. Definitely sounded dodgy to me.

Had a call from a lady who wanted to pitch me some stuff, but the connection was awful and I couldn't catch what she was saying. Anyway, I’m on the TPS list so wasn't expecting any sales calls. Ended up blocking the number and reporting it.

Just got a call from someone saying I had "guaranteed access to every emergency service" - bit suspicious, isn’t that just 999? Anyway, I’ve blocked the number.

Someone rang saying they were from a local crime prevention team. When I asked where they got my phone number, they admitted it came from some database they had bought. I told them to take my number off their list and then I blocked them straight away.

Got a call from some “Crime Prevention Service” claiming they’re working in my area. Sounded dodgy to me, so I checked the number here and turns out it’s probably a scam. Watch out for these types calling you out of the blue!

The TPS and the government dont seem to do a thing about it, and the scammers are well aware of that, so they keep at it. Loads of companies are cashing in on this too. Honestly, we should start handling these nuisance ourselves and teach them a lesson they won’t forget.

Received a couple of calls today; first, they asked for me by name, then on the second time, they wanted to speak to my wife. They promptly disconnect when you bring up the TPS or request information about their company. It seems they're attempting to pressure you into accepting so-called free security gadgets that are likely to be anything but beneficial. If you’re registered with the TPS, do make sure to report them; if not, now’s the time to register-it's completely free!

It appears that Pureline is attempting to persuade you to agree to their so-called "complimentary" security devices by instilling fear. (Let's be frank, nothing is truly free!) They'll promptly end the conversation if you bring up the Telephone Preference Service or press them for further information. It's quite clear they're aiming for those who might be easily influenced. If you're already registered, do make sure to report their antics to the TPS; if not, there's no charge to register with them today!

I got a call from Pureline, and honestly, they were just scaring me into taking some "free" gear that's definitely not free at all. They're targeting folks who might be a bit more trusting. If you've got TPS and they still ring you up, make sure to report them! And if you haven't signed up for TPS yet, do it now - it doesn’t cost a penny!

I got two calls from them today, one time they even used my name, then another time they tried my wife’s. They just cut off straight away when they realised you’re not falling for it. Obviously, they’re trying to trick people who might be easier to fool into giving away info. If you’re signed up to the TPS, make sure you report them! And if you haven’t signed up yet, definitely do it now!

My dad got a call from a woman who sounded really intimidating. She basically warned he'd get robbed if he didn’t join their service. Seems like a proper lowlife trying to scare people.

I had a call come through at 1:45 this afternoon. A woman on the line mentioned she was reaching out about some sort of criminal activity happening locally. Her voice was rather muffled, not at all like the usual quality of our phone conversations. I informed her that the issue was already being handled and promptly hung up. Afterwards, I dialled 1471 to trace the call.

I keep getting annoying calls from this number and a few others too. There’s an Asian accent that sounds a bit garbled, accompanied by the din of a call centre in the background. Then suddenly, the caller just hangs up. It’s incredibly frustrating!

Got a call where the woman asked if I was the owner of the house, which I confirmed. She claimed to be from a crime prevention firm and mentioned that due to an increase in break-ins, I was eligible for a security system to be fitted for £100. I told her I wasn’t interested, and she replied that they would offer it to someone else, then ended the call.

There was loads of noise in the background, sounded like a recording trying to make it seem like a busy workplace. A lady called and asked for me by my name, said she was with some sort of crime prevention scheme. When I questioned who was behind it, she just cut the call. Feels like they might be after people who’re more gullible.
