Today, I got a call from someone claiming to be 'Mrs Wells', but the number wasn’t the usual UK one 01986458079, seemed like it was from abroad and hidden. Somebody rang claiming to be from the Police Advisory Service. My husband answered and told them to ring back when I was available, but they never bothered. Pretty clear it was a scam or some kind of hoax.
