They never gave their name or who they were. The call was about some payment of £1003, and they told me to press 2 if I hadn’t authorised it to talk to their fraud team. I haven’t made any payment like that, so I just hung up - seemed like they were trying to scare me or something. To me, it’s definitely a scam. Best not to bother with it at all.

The phone kept ringing for ages and I didn't recognise the number, plus there was no voicemail or anything to say who it was.
