It informed me about two charges on my card from Amazon, yet failed to specify which card they were referring to. Then, as is typical in these situations, they prompted me to press 1 if I hadn’t made those charges. Naturally, I ended the call and used 1471 to trace the number, which turned out to be 01983 882479. Without a doubt, it’s a scam!
