I got a call from someone with an American accent, it was a recording saying my internet was going to be disconnected in a day. It was pretty suspicious so I just ended the call. They actually rang me three times within five minutes!

I got a voicemail from someone called Shirley saying my internet was at risk and I had to change my IP address to protect myself. She told me to press 1 to talk with a tech expert but honestly, it's just a scam. Don’t bother answering or pressing anything.

I received a dodgy call the other day - it was this robotic American voice claiming that my IP address had been compromised. They threatened to cut off my internet in a day if I didn’t press 1 to speak to a technician. What a load of nonsense! Definitely a scam!

I did the same thing, ended the call right away when she mentioned something about my internet being hacked.
