Just like other folks here mentioned, it was Sky Assured Maintenance calling once more. They told me my premium had dropped from £12 a month to £99 a year, which they said saved me £45. I never got any letter they said was sent out to me. And I never bought that TV 2 years ago - it was actually 12 years back. They even said the dish, which I don't own, is included. I had a bit of time to kill and went along with it for a laugh, though I reckon the bloke wasn’t too chuffed.
