On 28th September 2020 at about 12:36pm, I got a call at my place from a bloke with a robotic voice saying BT would be disconnecting my broadband and landline because of unpaid bills. Total rubbish! They told me to press 1 if I wanted to chat and 2 to agree. I hit 1 just to see what would happen but ended up ditching the call almost immediately as I wasn’t keen on any sky-high charges.
