Picked up the call then just ended it, now I’ve blocked the number.

I picked up and all I got was a silent 'hello' from the bloke on the other end, then nothing else.

This bloke called me up, telling me I’d got over a grand back from PPI. But the minute I told him I never paid any PPI, he just dropped the call. Pretty dodgy if you ask me.
