Got a call from someone saying they were from Microsoft's tech support, sounded like they had an Asian accent. Said there was something wrong with my Windows computer, so I asked them which one I had. Then they wanted to know how many pcs I owned. Lucky for me I had a football whistle nearby - I gave it a blow and they shouted at me before cutting off. Honestly, these scammers will never learn, never mess with tech-wise pensioners!

Definitely not affiliated with Microsoft, despite their assertions! I received a call from a woman with an Asian accent who seemed completely clueless about Old Age Pensions. Honestly, it felt like a waste of time for both sides. OfCom really needs to step up here and sort out these scammers-enough is enough! It's high time they took some real action to safeguard the public.

I picked up the call but they quickly ended it. This Pontefract number from West Yorkshire made no sense as I wasn’t expecting anyone from there. No follow-up call happened either.
