Just got a call from some guy calling himself ‘peter’ claiming he could upgrade my phone preference service and block all those annoying unwanted calls (probably even the ones from himself!). Had a few calls like this pop up lately.

Someone rang me up saying they worked for a company that blocks nuisance calls and offered to help with the annoying calls I’ve been getting. When I asked more questions, they just ended the call straight away.
