These chaps ring me daily, usually between 10 in the morning and noon, claiming they're offering a complimentary energy assessment. The thing is, the caller remains tight-lipped about their identity and simply tries to persuade me to let them into my home. Very dodgy, if you ask me!

Received a ring earlier today (Sunday at precisely 11:01 in the morning) while I was out. They didn’t leave a message. I decided to return the call since the number bore a striking resemblance to one belonging to a mate of mine. A recorded voice informed me that I'd been contacted by "Energy Survey Scotland." They then prompted me to input my number to opt-out from their call list. Whether this will actually do the trick remains to be seen. I've heard tales in the past about them turning rather hostile when folks attempt to unsubscribe. If they do decide to get feisty, I’ll be ready with a few choice phrases that might just leave them speechless! Regardless of their efforts, I won’t let them get on my nerves. - Caller claimed to be from Energy Survey Scotland.

Curiosity got the better of me, especially since the number looked quite a bit like a mate's, so I rang them back. A rather robotic voice informed me it was “Energy Survey Scotland” trying to reach me. They offered the option to input my digits to be taken off their call list. We shall see if that actually does the trick! I've heard some horror stories about how pushy they can get once you do this. Should that happen, I’ll be sure to give them a piece of my mind with a few words they might not recognise! 😂 No matter their efforts, they certainly won’t get under my skin!

Rang me twice this morning, 21st January 2015. One of the calls was nothing but some background tunes. I've signed up with the Telephone Preference Service, yet I still receive these annoying calls!

No noise at all; it felt like they were trying to pry into my phone records or something. The number was 01975508573. Quite dodgy, if you ask me!

Claimed he was ringing from Energy Research UK situated in Dundee, but I can't find any trace of that company online. No listings or anything. Seems a bit dodgy, doesn't it?

I received a rather annoying automated call about energy conservation today. It was a recorded message that began with "We regret we couldn't connect with you," and promptly ended the call without giving me a chance to respond. Quite the bothersome interruption, I must say!

Persistent telemarketers originating from the Glasgow region. When you request to be taken off their contact list, they often respond defiantly. They seem to represent various third-party organisations, occasionally referring to themselves merely as "a local business." From my experience, it appears they simply refuse to delete your number from their database entirely. Interestingly, they don't ever disclose the name of their own company either!

I keep receiving calls from this number, and it's incredibly annoying. I can hear voices in the background, and just as quickly as they ring, they hang up. It's frustrating!
