Got loads of scam calls today, and this number popped up a few times.

Got a call from 01973307231 saying they're my internet provider, claiming there's a safety issue. They wanted me to press a button to speak to a specialist, but I didn’t trust it and hung up. Definitely don’t press anything if you get a call like this!

I got a call from a guy with a thick Indian accent claiming he's calling from Virgin Media. He told me my internet was running slow and said I needed some technical support. He went on explaining how to fix it, but something felt off right away, so I ended the call pretty quickly. The number he called from was 01973442846.

01973-120078 just one of those annoying calls saying ‘we’re about to shut your internet down’ or something like that. You can either humour them or just hang up straight away. And if you do decide to mess about with them, definitely don’t give out your real info!

Someone called me saying they were from Amazon about an order I supposedly made. But when I told them I hadn’t placed any order, they just hung up straight away. Bit suspicious if you ask me.

Caller ID showed it was from MasterCard, number 01973 931360, but it was one of those automated calls. They said something about £600 being spent from abroad and asked if it was me. Total scam! We don’t even own a MasterCard, so there’s no way it could be real. Be careful, this is definitely someone trying to con you.

I got a call from 01973428451, and the person claimed a payment of £600 had just been taken out of my account in the last quarter hour. They asked me to wait while they sorted out the details by transferring me. But then, they just vanished and the call ended abruptly.
