Watch out for this phone upgrade scam! They try to lure you in with a great upgrade deal, then sneakily grab your personal info and go ahead to order a phone and contract under your name. The phone that arrives is nothing like what they promised over the phone (surprise surprise). Then, when they ask you to send the handset back, you're actually sending it to some dodgy address where they keep the phone, basically stealing it from you!
