I received a call from 01970708796 earlier, and it didn’t ring a bell, so I decided to let it be. The call went to my voicemail, but strangely, no message was left. If it were a legitimate call, surely they would have dropped a note. Based on what I’ve read from others' experiences, I suspect it’s not above board. It looks like registering with TPS isn’t having much effect either.

I received a call from this number, but they hung up without saying a word. Felt like it could be a dodgy scam attempt. Isn't cold calling against the law? I'm baffled as to how these individuals manage to get hold of phone lines and why they're still permitted to operate.
