I challenged him, asking him to elaborate on my supposed medical predicaments, as I was completely unaware of any. His response? He stumbled, admitting he was “fairly new in the role.” When I pressed him on how he’d acquired my details, he mentioned that his manager would ring me back to clarify things. I promptly told him there was no need for that!
