They rang, purporting to be from 118 online and said they needed to verify some information for their online directory. Honestly, I’m sceptical about whether that’s genuine!

I encountered a person with an incredibly thick accent; I genuinely struggled to make sense of what they were saying during my call to the helpline.

I don’t really mind receiving calls, but what’s with ringing and then hanging up? Just doesn’t make any sense!
