There was a brief pause before a man with what sounded like a foreign accent came on, claiming he was from BT Openreach. He said there was an issue with our router and that it was causing slow speeds and possibly downloading viruses. He asked, "How many lights do you see on your router?" I told him I don't have BT or anything connected with them. As soon as I questioned him about it, he just ended the call. I've gone ahead and blocked the number now.
