I've been getting incessant calls from this bloke claiming to be "Tom," talking about home insulation. He's been ringing a whole load of folks in my neighbourhood non-stop. The minute you start asking anything, he cuts the call. Feels like it might just be a pre-recorded message or something. Quite dodgy, if you ask me!
