Got a call from 01969422051, some bloke called Tom said he was from the government, asking questions about my loft insulation. He spoke with a proper English accent. When I asked how he got my number, he just cut the call. He rang me a couple of times before doing that.

Got a call from 0196942205, some bloke pretending to be from the UK government saying my loft insulation was dodgy. He spoke with an English accent. As soon as I asked when the insulation was put in, he hung up. This same number has called me two times now.
