I got a ring from an Indian call centre claiming to be from Home Star Improvements. They said they’d send a “government advisor” round to do a free loft survey. Sounds dodgy to me, cos basically the bloke doing the survey is just a salesman trying to spot issues so he can sell you repairs - like spray foam insulation - which can actually mess up your house’s value. Definitely not something I’d trust.
