So this bloke rang me claiming to be from BT. He told me my internet router was hacked and had malware that was slowing down my computer. Then he asked me to switch on my PC and said he wanted to take control remotely. I told him no way. Seriously, never let someone like this get access to your devices or share any personal or bank details with them.
