got a call from a lady with an asian accent who told me I was owed a £2500 ppl rebate because of my DOB or something. i told her straight away it's a scam and hung up. never even made a ppi claim before this.

I got a call from someone telling me I was owed about £2500 from PPI. They said they’d send a cheque but the bank would charge 55% fees unless I wanted the full amount. Sounded fishy to me, like they were just trying to steal my bank info. I just hung up straight away.

I picked up my work landline and they just dropped the call straight away. We’re signed up with TPS as well, but I reckon this was a cloned number from outside the UK. Anyway, I’ve gone ahead and blocked it now.

I picked up and after a brief pause of quiet, a pre-recorded voice said goodbye and then the call ended.

Got a voicemail from some supposed BT Openreach claiming they’d disconnect our internet if we didn’t get in touch. Problem is, we aren’t even customers of theirs, so I reckon it’s just another scam.
