Got a ring at about 1:15 pm on the 8th of June from an Asian bloke, usual scammy rubbish. I told him to take a long walk off a short pier, no messing about.

I got a call from some place saying they were Windows tech support based in London, but the bloke had such a thick accent I swear I thought he kept saying "Swindles"! I kept asking him to repeat himself until this woman came on the line. She tried to tell me to switch on my computer so she could sort out some virus they supposedly detected. I just told her I only use an iPad and told her to jog on.

Got a call from someone with a thick Pakistan accent saying my computer had problems. Told the bloke to shove off straight away.

Picked up the phone and nobody was on the line, so it's gotta be scammers. This has happened twice in just one week.

There was no voicemail when I missed a call from this number. Looks like it’s connected to something called Numbergroup Network - the name kinda makes me think they might be churning out numbers for dodgy callers?
