Today I got a call from someone saying they were from a company called #### and that they were ringing on behalf of TalkTalk. They wanted me to give out personal stuff like my address, but I didn’t feel comfortable so I didn’t give any information. After that they couldn’t tell me anything else.

Got a call saying my BT internet and phone line were going to be cut off.

My mum got a call from them and she really thought they were the real deal. They said their name was Quality Calls and claimed to be a call blocking company. She was tricked into believing it was legit and, unfortunately, ended up handing over her debit card info. It was such a silly mistake, but they made it sound so convincing!
