Today I received a phone call from this number (I reside in Wick, Caithness), and initially, I was under the impression it was my bank reaching out. They seemed to have all my personal information, including my address, which really threw me off. It was only when the chap on the other end asked me to hang on for a moment while he connected me with his supervisor that it clicked - yet another nuisance call about PPI!
