I received a rather dubious call at 12:59 this afternoon. The caller claimed there was an issue with my BT internet service and prompted me to select either option 1 or 2 to connect with an alternative provider. I decided against engaging and hung up, but I noticed that the line remained active for quite some time afterwards. This certainly seems like a scam to me-definitely raises some red flags regarding potential fraudulent activity. - Identified as: Scammer.
