Got a call from what looked like an international number, then it switched to a Scottish number from Wick. There was a pre-recorded message claiming to be from BT saying my internet and landline were being cut off immediately, and telling me to press 1 to speak to an engineer or 2 to confirm disconnection. Total scam since I’m not even a BT customer. Best thing is to just hang up and definitely don’t press any buttons.
