Total scam alert! I got a call from 01954714489 saying there was an issue with our internet. We haven't had any trouble at all, so I just hung up straight away. BT really needs to sort this out, block these numbers and go after the fraudsters. It's so annoying!

i got a call from someone with an indian accent who said they were checking my internet service. i told them i had no proof of what they were saying and without a word they hung up straight away.
