I got a call from someone saying they were with O2. I just blocked the number and reported it straight away.

This number rang me asking some questions about my O2 mobile plan, but I told them I don't have one. Then they asked if I was a customer of Tesco Mobile or GiffGaff, to which I replied no to both. To my knowledge, O2 isn't linked to Tesco Mobile or GiffGaff in any way.

I've had loads of calls like this over time, but this one was hands down the most obnoxious. Definitely avoid it. They're nothing to do with O2, and they're just passing your info to other fraudsters. Be careful, it’s a really nasty scam.
