I got a call from this bloke called Tom, and honestly, he’s so annoying and just won’t accept a no. Best to steer clear of this number.

Not really sure what their point was, but they kept insisting that if they needed to talk to someone else, they’d already asked for them. Honestly, they were just being really unpleasant and it clearly wasn’t my problem. Proper rude!

Not quite sure what his deal was besides askin for whoever handles the telecom stuff here, but he got pretty worked up about the telephone preference service. He reckoned we ought to have that info displayed on our site. I told him it’s their job to look up the TPS before blitzing us with marketing calls, not ours to plaster it everywhere on our website or directories. We actually want customers to find our number in places like the Yellow Pages, so it makes no sense.
