Last week, I missed a call from these folks and decided to call back. I’ve now been stuck on hold for 19 minutes, and still no one’s picked up. They said my call was really urgent, but it doesn’t seem like they’re in any hurry to talk. Since I’m on the TPS, I’m planning to report them if this keeps up. It’s been 21 minutes on hold now, so I think I’m done waiting.
