Had a call from an Asian lady about a credit check for someone who hasn’t been here in over a decade. I kept them on the line for ages just messing about. Ended up blocking the number and reported it. Definitely a scam.

i put my phone on do not disturb all the time now, mostly to ignore gprs and tps calls - blocked em all. the ringtone’s set to 4 seconds of silence that i recorded myself, and no vibration at all. the few people i really care about are in my emergency contacts so they still get through fine. not many mates or family, just a handful, but i’ve managed to block over 6000 spam numbers or so by now.

I told them I’ve said before I don’t owe anything and asked them to stop bombarding me with calls from loads of different numbers every day. Then they just hung up on me.
