Got a call saying my internet would be disconnected today if the issue wasn’t fixed. I just ended the call straight away. Feels like they would have asked for payment or tried to get my banking info if I stayed on the line. Doesn’t sound genuine to me, I’m with BT and if there was really a problem, they’d contact me directly, not some random number!
