The caller had a strong Indian accent and was asking for my bank details and other personal info. (WATCH OUT - they use this stuff to create fake passports and open bogus bank accounts). Funny how they always ring from abroad, in particular from Kolkata, India. Totally international scammers!

I'll be heading down to the shop soon enough... The EE store on the high street is where I'm off to, and I’ll make sure to take my physical ID with me. Honestly, I've had my fill of those calls from EE’s customer service or any shady operator trying to sell me an upgrade. If it’s a dodgy call, they’ve somehow managed to leak my address and my age... not to mention the bank I use! And what’s the deal with every one of these calls originating from Kolkata, India? Seems rather suspicious, doesn’t it?

I didn’t give anything, no way I was handing over stuff like my address, age, or bank and credit card info. absolutely dodgy. they sounded like those scammers from India who speak English but are just after your details. be careful lads and don’t fall for it!
