I wasn't really sure who it was, so I tried calling back and all I got was that old dial-up noise. Seems dodgy to me, probably some kind of scam.

Got a call from someone with a strong East Asian accent claiming to be from my life insurance firm. They said some updates were required on my policy and insisted only I could authorise them. They began asking for my full name, address, and other personal info. I asked them to confirm my secret code from my insurance files, and they replied with a rude word instead. I just hung up. Would suggest not picking up or just block that number.
