a guy with a robotic voice rang me saying he was from bt and that my internet and phone were going to be cut off the next day. it went on about pressing 1 for more details or 2 to talk to an agent and stuff like that. since my bills aren’t with bt, i immediately guessed it was a scam. but if someone who actually uses bt got that call and hit one of those options, they could end up getting scammed or worse. really dodgy stuff.
