They've rung me like four times today but there’s never anyone speaking when I pick up. I work from home and honestly, it’s such a pointless annoyance. I noticed someone else said if you do answer, the callers are quite rude - well, maybe they’ll get a taste of rudeness if I ever manage to get a proper word in!
