My phone automatically blocked the call, and the person on the other end never said who they were or left a voicemail.

The call was awful, full of static and it felt like the woman was chatting from her bathroom with the shower on. She said she was with the telephone preference service to help stop all my spam calls. The whole thing was so ironic I just chuckled and ended the call straight away.
