They said they were a holiday firm with super cheap deals but wanted payment straight away and wouldn’t send an email so I could verify the company and the resorts. Very suspicious!

Just got a call saying I’d made an enquiry for a hotel stay, but I didn’t recall doing that. The guy sounded proper convincing, even giving me the exact date and time plus my DOB! He went on asking where in the UK I’d want to visit once restrictions ease, saying I’d only need to pay £73 now. Asked if I wanted to proceed and give my bank info, but I said no. He kept pushing a bit, not happy letting me hang up. Be careful, don’t share your bank details with anyone!

I blocked this number straight away and didn’t pick up, since it’s a new 02 sim. Based on what others say, it definitely sounds like one of those annoying spam calls. I reported it to my scam watcher down in Ireland and they've dealt with it already. Honestly, anyone ringing from this number is probably after your bank info. They’ve got a way to hack your phone if you just pick up, so watch out for these scams, block 071943719302!

I've been getting calls claiming I won a free 3 day, 2 night break at the Horizon hotel somewhere in the UK. They say all I need to do is pay a £15 voucher to claim it. Horizon hotels have no clue about any of this. Total scammers. Now they ring me nearly every day! When I asked how they got my info, they said I clicked “interested” on a pop-up, which is a lie. I never did. Watch out for this one!

Got a call from this number, sounded really convincing. Now Im trying to get a refund through my credit card because they took £396 plus £12.59 for conversion to euros. They told me I had 4 holiday weeks about to expire but I could keep them for £169 each, then dropped it to £99 when I said I couldnt afford the higher price. Long story short, it was a total scam. We normally book with RCI, so when I rang them they confirmed what I feared. There’s loads of phone numbers linked to these scammers, happy to share if it helps anyone steer clear.
