I’ve got a call recorder app on my phone. When they ring, I pick up but there’s no one there, so I hang up after about 5 seconds. At the time, we were actually at the bank. When I played the recording later, it was like 10 minutes long and it had all the stuff we talked about at the bank. Sounds like even after I ended the call, they were still listening in on my phone. I’m definitely going to report this to the police.

Had a very pushy and rude woman ring me up, and even after I told her I wasnt interested in any claims, she kept going on about some PPI payout of over £2650 like five times. When I told her I found her attitude quite annoying and that I wasnt going to continue the call, she just cut me off abruptly. Honestly, this company is super unprofessional and really ought to be stopped from making such pushy cold calls in the future.
