I’ve put that number on my block list now.

Got a call from a woman with an Asian accent, saying she was from Microsoft. She told me my computer was showing major error warnings and said I should do what she said. I quickly realised it was a scam and told them to get lost, since Microsoft would never ring up out of the blue!

Got a call from them saying I could get 40% off on my phone bill for an entire year... Watch out, it’s definitely a scam!

They called me but ended the call before saying anything.

They called me yesterday and today but I just let the phone ring out so I could keep on watching my YouTube videos.

I got a call from someone claiming to be with EE, telling me I was eligible for a discount. They said they’d sent me a PIN code and asked me to share it with them. Problem is, I never got any PIN, and even if I did, I wasn’t about to give it away. When I asked which number they’d sent it to, they gave me a totally different one than my own. I called them out, saying it was obviously a scam, and then they just hung up on me.

Looks like another scammer ringing up.

I got a call from a woman with an Indian accent saying she was from O2, trying to sell me a discount on phone calls and asking for my personal info. When I mentioned that the company already has hundreds of complaints, she just brushed it off and denied it. I even told her she might want to rethink her job and maybe find somewhere better to work.

Proper pain, that one!

Got a call from this number today, but there was loads of beeping sounds in the background like someone pressing buttons. That alone made me suspicious right away, so when they said they were from o2 I didn’t hang around and just ended the call. I’ve since reported the number to o2 cos I’m sure its a scam. Also, my number’s on the TPS list, so legit companies aren’t allowed to ring me without permission. Definitely keep your eyes open for tricks like this!
