Got a call from someone claiming to be 3's promo team asking what phone I've got. I told them if they had my account they’d already know that info. Then she just started shouting loads of swear words at me for not giving her the details and suddenly she hung up. Yesterday I got a similar call from a number based in Rotherham - same nonsense.

They rang but never left a voicemail or anything.

I picked up the phone and just said “hello,” but then some robotic woman’s voice came on and simply said “goodbye.” Honestly, I have no idea what that was about, but it really freaked me out a bit.
