Got a call from some Indian call centre saying it was about our BT broadband. Problem is, we don't even have BT broadband, we use a different provider. They kept saying, "Yes sir, But BT manages all broadband providers." I told them that's rubbish, not since they had the local loop something, can't remember the proper term. I just hung up after that.
