Got a dodgy call today! They used a recorded message saying there was an issue with my Talk Talk router messing up my internet. It told me to press 1 to speak with tech support - which I did, just for the craic. The bloke who answered said his name was Jonathan Smith and he was from Talk Talk. Seems like these scammers have still got hold of real customer info from Talk Talk. Watch out for this one! When I tried to ring the number back, it said 'number not recognised'. It's mad that these fraudsters can use numbers that look legit. Why aren’t the phone providers sorting this out?
