I got a call from someone claiming to be with Carphone Warehouse, offering a deal to swap my phone for an iPhone for £40. When I told them I don't actually use an iPhone, they asked what phone I have. Something felt off though, and I ended up hanging up. The guy had a thick Asian accent and sounded like he was just reading from a script in a call centre. Plus, they didn't even know my name, so I didn’t trust it and decided it was best to just cut the call.
